With so many things that seem to need your attention, life can feel overwhelming and frustrating at times. And maybe even stressful.

There are 3 levels of Stress Rescue workshops. In total, you’ll learn 9 techniques, ranging from simple psychological hack to deeper life planning. THe workshops are designed so that you have time in between to try out the tools before going to the next level.

In the beginning level, you’ll learn the basics of stress and its impact in your life, and gain a few tools to stay calm, confident and creative in the face of stress and pressure. In level 2 and level 3, you’ll be given tools to bring in awareness and create the (mental) space you need to manage it and let it go quickly. You’ll also take deeper dives into the areas of your life that need attention then!

Learn a special meditation technique that connects you with your higher self. Your divine essence. This YOU understands what’s happening in your life on a deeper and higher level, and can help walk you through whatever blocks that are presented in your way.
