When any one of these four areas are out of balance, you experience long-term stress in life, and struggle to get out of that cycle. Join Linh Le (The Path to Inner Peace) at the Kaweah Health Lifestyle Fitness Center to learn more about stress and ways you can manage or even eliminate stressors effectively. This is an ongoing monthly workshop – each workshop provides a different perspective on stress and participants are introduced to different tools to deal with stress from that perspective.
$35 for those with membership to Lifestyle Center.
